Free and open to all. This event is first come, first served, regardless of registration.
Enjoy a live cooking show, packed with interactive experiments and demonstrations, about the science of marshmallow. Scientists of all ages will enjoy this program but it is most suited for 5-12 year olds.
Presented in collaboration with graduate students in MIT’s Department of Materials Science & Engineering (DMSE).
