  • Roots Alley Collective is committed to uplifting, preserving and spreading the music and culture of the Caribbean diaspora. Founded in Boston and now known up and down the East Coast, they’ve backed or shared stages with reggae and soca heavyweights including Richie Spice, Lutan Fyah, Anthony B, Chezidek, Jahriffe and Marlon Asher.

The group was featured in Cambridge’s 2025 Juneteenth celebration alongside reggae legend Luciano, and appeared at BAMS Fest that same year, joining a lineup that included Lalah Hathaway and Durand Bernarr. The Arts Fuse has highlighted their role in Boston’s Reggae Takeova series as part of the city’s “crucial” live reggae scene.
